Founder
With 17 years of experience spanning consulting, tech, and startups, I help companies find clarity in their strategy and momentum in their growth. My background is intentionally varied — I've worked across a range of industries, which means I bring an outside perspective and a pattern-recognition instinct that comes from seeing what works (and what doesn't) in very different contexts. I hold an MBA from ESADE Business School in Barcelona and a background in Neuroscience from King's College London — an unusual combination that shapes how I approach problems: equal parts analytical rigor and curiosity about what actually drives human behavior.
